Summary
Finally after a few years I got around to putting another chainmail
flower together. They are fun little projects, although quite challenging.
The two most difficult aspects of weaving a flower out of chainmail are
creating something that takes the shape of a flower, and making it
actually look like one. The Voodoo weave is used this time around for the
leaves. I had to fold the weave and attach two opposite corners to make
them take form. The stalk is a fairly standard one constructed of a very
tight Captive Inverted Round (C1) using .048", 13/64" stainless steel
(actual AR = 4.7).
